After a move to Michigan's scenic Upper Peninsula and several years in the business and financial sector, Kristen Claus is happy and proud to be serving the educational community as a Meemic Agent.

Kristen is no stranger to the education sector. Her mother worked in Howell Public Schools for 33 years and loved every moment of it. That commitment has rubbed off on her daughter, who serves on various board and commissions in the Kinross area to stay actively engaged in the community. She has a bachelors degree from Western Michigan University and a masters degree from Eastern Michigan University.

She and her husband, Jason, enjoy several UP activities, such as snowshoeing, snowmobiling and riding their ATV. Travel is also a passion.

Kristen enjoys meeting new people, learning new things and building relationships through honesty, trust, hard work and compassion. These are the building blocks that led her down the path to represent Meemic Insurance Company. She looks forward to providing many years of service and friendship to all new and existing Members.
