About John T. Kennedy Insurance Agency, LLC
The Kennedy Agency is a family-run agency that was established in 1979 by John S. Kennedy. John S. also worked as a Birmingham teacher while he and his wife, MaryAnn, ran the agency out of their Troy home and raised four children, Mary, Tim, Scott and John T.
In 1989, John T. Kennedy began working in the agency after graduating from Central Michigan University. John T. took over the agency in 2001 and changed the name to the John T. Kennedy Insurance Agency, LLC. John enjoys the outdoors, going on hikes, traveling and sightseeing.
In 2023, the agency moved to its current location on E. Square Lake Rd. in Troy. It is located on the Southeast corner of John R and E. Square Lake Rd. If entering off John R Rd. turn into KinderCare, turn left and straight ahead is the Ste. 200 entrance, the agency's newest location.
